Giantec provides RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) services
for customers. Please read Giantec RMA Policy and more information
as below:

- Category 1: Products manufactured
by Giantec and with the Giantec trademark. Giantec will
provide service and assistant as described in the attached
product documentation.
- Category 2: Service for the
third party products and components (such as CPU, Memory,
DOM, CD-ROM and Hard Disk) is covered under the third party
supplier's service policy.

| Warranty Term |
 |
The warranty period starts from the date indicated on the
shipping invoice.
- Category 1: All board-level
(CPU cards, backplane, capture card, etc) and system-level
(tracer2000, tracer3000, etc) are subject to a 13-month
warranty term.
- Category 2: All third-party
products and standard components are subject to a 1 year
(12 months) warranty.

| Quotation for Maintenance Charges |

Under Warranty Coverage:
- If the defected product was not caused by human-made failure,
the repairing and material cost will be covered by Giantec.
- If the defected product was caused by human-made failure,
the customer will be charged of repairing and material costs.
Out of Warranty Coverage:
- Whether the product are in good condition or not. There
will be a cost of labor testing fee and any change of components
based on the material cost.
- Each system is charged at least $50 USD.

| Custody Term |

- The repairing time will be maximum 14 days.
- If the customer has not signed the agreement to return
/ repair products. Giantec will keep in close contact with
the customer for three extra months. If customer remains
unresponsive, Giantec will not be responsible for the detained
goods.

| RMA Procedure |

Customers will be required to fill out a RMA Application
Form. The procedure is listed as follow:

Be obtain an RMA number before returning product to Giantec:
- Get RMA Number
Please fill out and submit the RMA form or contact with
support
center for getting a RMA number. For details,
please click the link at bottom of this page. Please fill
out the form detail as possible. We will confirm the RMA
number or contact with you within 24 hours upon the time
we receive your request.
- Return the product with RMA Form
Please return the product with RMA Form and please also
make sure it includes the RMA number. Unauthorized returns
will be rejected. Please carefully repackage the product
in the original packing materials provided. Make sure
the RMA number provided by support center is clearly visible
on the outside of the box and is written on the inside
as well.
