(TWTC Hall1, Section A, Booth No.525), the leading mobile surveillance platform designer and provider in Taiwan, to showcase Mobile Entertainment PC as VPC 2000, the Vehicle Entertainment PC and DVR, the zito 1100 series. Giantec has strong experiences in industrial personal computer that offers many customized products through cooperation with many international system integrators and generally won their trust. Anticipating greater expectation in this exhibition, Giantec also introduced VPC 2000, the world's foremost Vehicle Entertainment PC. The features of VPC 2000 are as follows: an DVD/VCD/CD Player, decodes MP3/WMA, works well with iPod/iTunes, Digital TV and PC Games, integrated with GPS Navigation system, links-up to Internet through BlueTooth/WiFi/3G Communication, supports Skype/MSN and added I/O ports such as SD/MMC Card Reader, USB ports and PCMCIA.

All the current main stream DVR products where everyone is focused in producing mobile digital recording devices, and Giantec is implementing an idea to make their products even better with the compact fanless design. Because of the harsh weather conditions can be affected the temperature inside an automobile. Even with more fans put into the device, there is no way that it will improve the heat dissipation generated by the component, which also subjected to rapid changes of temperature inside the car. Beside temperature, Giantec has also pointed out that the shock & vibration and moisture are factors to be tested on equipment. This is making Giantec's products more reliable, each device can withstand shock-resistance up to 70~80 G. The entire chassis size is even smaller (less than 4-inch in width and 1.5-inch in height) than standard size of 1-DIN so it can easy be installed inside the car compartment or vehicle units.

Zito 1100 is equipped with new generation of Mobile DVR with Media Advertisement System with faster and better performance as well as fully functional software enhanced, which considered the world best Mobile DVR with information display (Media Advertisement System) in the market today. The metal casing of zito series is prime aluminum metal with studded fins on top of the casing so that the heat generated from the inside of the box could be transferred immediately. Zito 1100 series is a fan less embedded mobile DVR PC platform solution supporting 1~8 camera inputs for safety and security purposes, creating extra value added services for public and commercial transportation in the current and future market.

Like the VPC 2000, the vehicle PC which can perform multi-tasking video streaming or executing application programs and broadcast at the same time. Example is the front LCD display is using the GPS navigation system for the driver while the back passengers want to watch DVD movie or recall digital images can be seen on the rear headrest displays. This product is scalable and can be used in many transportation vehicles such as trucks/buses, automobile and even larger means such as train or boat depending on the customer's specification and requests. VPC-2000 and Zito1100 series are planning to be launched around Q4 this year.
