Dear Freinds,

Thank you for your continued support throughout the year. In 2005, Giantec has quite a few great achievements in company visions and product developments. Because of creating and maintaining a safe and clean environment, Giantec have initiate a series of action plans to comply with RoHS regulations, it's our objective to have all products converted into RoHS compliance before RoHS Directives effected in 2006. The first RoHS compliance product has been developed in our current cooperation project, our production engineering team will keep examining the process control in every stage of manufacturing process, Giantec will announce all of Giantec's new "green products" next year, and will satisfy the Europe's RoHS directive first.

Definitely, there are more solid products development plans in progress. Giantec R&D team will continue the effort in the improvement of existent products and the innovation of new models as well. We look forward to bring our customers more successful experience with Giantec's quality service and products in the coming new year!

In year 2006, Giantec will last more aggressive to build up overseas sales marketing, Giantec will participate in a few international fairs, and welcome to visit us at the following tradeshows:

• ESC, USA, April 4 ~ April 6, 2006
• Car + Sound, Germany, April 6 ~ April 9, 2006
• Computex, Taiwan, June 6 ~ June 10, 2006
• CarTronics, Taiwan, August 17 ~ August 20, 2006
